In case of provincial lockdown like pandemic types of situation, we will provide full refund for
program fees paid, without any cancelation charges.
Otherwise, program fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there are extenuating circumstances
and must accompany with written request supported with proper documentation (i.e. medical
note). ALL requests must be in writing, at least ONE WEEK before (in case of birthday
party) and TWO weeks before (for any other programs / activities, including science camp) the
event scheduled date and accompanied with proper supporting documents like medical note.
CANCELATION FEE: $100.00 in case of birthday party programs and $150.00 for any other
programs / activities, including science camp, will be apply to any request for program fees
refund. The cancelation fees apply to each registration, requested for cancelation.
NO verbal or phone/text or WhatsApp request will be considered and honored at any
circumstances with no exception.
NO REFUND will be honored, if request for refund made ONE DAY before for Birthday Party
program OR A WEEK before for any other programs / activities, from the programs / activities
scheduled date AND a request for refund made AFTER scheduled date or PARTIALLY
COMPLETED the program selected. Whenever possible we would offer an opportunity to
reschedule or to make up those missing program / activities selected, subject to availability of
the same program, you have canceled ( can not combine with other programs / activities ). ALL
request for rescheduling or make up classes or cancelation of registration, must be made within
one week from missing scheduled date and it must be in written and accompanied with proper
documentation (i.e. medical note). Any Program cancelation can not be backdated.
Due to any unavoidable circumstances, if the Early Science Canada need to cancel scheduled
class, whenever possible we will offer an opportunity to reschedule or make up that class,
subject to availability. If a make up cannot be accommodated, you may request a future credit
for that missed out class by submitting a program credit request. Future credit must be utilized
within 3 months from the issue date.
Please note that Early Science Canada is NOT ACCEPTING ANY PROGRAM CANCELATION
OVER PHONE/TEXT OR THROUGH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA.
